Refund policy
For us, the customer is always our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied, just contact us within 30 days of placing your order and we will refund you the full purchase price upon return.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be processed or cancelled prior to delivery.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure punctual delivery.
What does the customer have to do for a refund?
To return your item, please let us know by sending an e-mail to support@vessora.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the items must be returned at your own expense to our International Return Center: Haas & Subasic GbR Seerosenstraße 13, 70563 Stuttgart (Germany).
Who pays the costs?
The costs of return shall be borne by the purchaser.
When can the customer expect a refund?
A refund will be made within 14 days of arrival of the return in the form of a refund of the payment method originally chosen.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund you all the payments we have receded from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days on which we have received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. any diminished value of the goods shall only be compensated if such diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We accept only returns in perfect & unused condition.
