Vessora is a company located in Germany. Therefore all Vessora products will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
What materials are used in jewelry´s by Vessora?
Jewelry´s by Vessora are manufactured of high-quality materials.
All necklaces are manufactured of titanium steel. (Brandpendant and necklace pendant are manufactured of stainless steel)
All bracelets are manufactured of stainless steel. (Brandpendant is manufactured of stainless steel)
The Earrings are manufactured of 925 sterling silver.
Water resistance and concerns due to allergic reactions.
All jewelry´s by Vessora are water resistant and anti-allergic.
What shipping options are available for purchases at Vessora?
Three shipping options are offered:
1. standard shipping
2. tracked shipping
3. free tracked shipping (only for orders above 50€)
How long are the shipping times for orders?
The shipping time depends on whether the order goes to Germany or abroad. Depending on this, delivery takes between 2 and 5 days within Germany and between 4 and 8 days abroad

All Vessora jewelry are delivered in a sturdy paper box to best protect your new piece of jewelry.
The box is also perfect for storing your jewelry.
Damaged Jewelery
Please email us to support@vessora.com if your piece of jewelry got any damages.
The further procedure will then be communicated via e-mail.
